Design Description
A multi-piece system made of Magnelis™ sheet metal, designed for flat roofs, with no need for additional ballast.
Only one welded base is required per support for proper installation.
Developed in collaboration with a specialist in the installation of membrane roofing systems.
Optional—a hybrid system that allows the base to be welded while simultaneously applying ballast to the wind deflector (in areas of the roof particularly susceptible to wind suction).
Its unique shape is designed to significantly reduce installation time and maximize the force required to pull the base out.
When installing PV modules in a horizontal configuration, ZET profiles with slotted holes are used as additional components; the modules are mounted to these profiles using clamps and M8 Allen screws.
Non-invasive installation using heat-sealing technology with a so-called heat gun (for PVC) or a gas torch (for bituminous roofing felt).
Specialized laboratory tests confirm the high strength of the welded system.

At the customer’s request, our Technical Department recalculates each installation using this structure to determine the load it will bear on a given roof, as well as the installation method and the number of bases that must be welded to the membrane.

1. The installation method for a given type of module may differ from the installation method specified by the PV module manufacturer, which serves as the guideline for proper installation.
2. Weight calculated for an arrangement of three modules in a single row with the maximum dimensions for a given type of structure
3. The specified maximum module size and installation method for a given module type may differ from the installation method specified by the PV module manufacturer, which serves as the guideline for the proper installation method.
