Design Description

A multi-section ground structure made of Magnelis™ sheet metal, designed for use in the ground and installed using piles—no additional ballast required.
Prior to production, the PZT must be provided along with the module installation instructions and geotechnical specifications, including pile test results.
Ideal for constructing large-scale installations that require a building permit and whose components need to be optimized based on the structure's foundation location
A system designed for ground installations where, due to severe geotechnical conditions (e.g., dolomite-rich soils), it is necessary to use two-part piles, including a lower pile with increased strength (CW profile) for piling in rocky soils.
The option to use a hybrid system in which the leg(s) can be weighted with ballast in areas where it is not possible to drive them to a specific depth.
The design is available in three screw-connection systems: a maintenance-free clamp system with a 25-year warranty against self-loosening and easy installation from the bottom of the panel; a clamp system with stainless steel screws; and a clamp-free system—where the purlins are attached to the panel frame with stainless steel screws.
The bolting system used to assemble the purlins, transoms, and legs requires no maintenance as long as installation is performed in accordance with the instructions.

We recommend that every structure to be manufactured be reviewed in advance by our Technical Department to ensure it is suitable for installation in a specific wind and snow zone, based on previously assessed geotechnical conditions.
To start production, an advance payment is required; the amount is specified in the offer.
